Permission is granted to temporarily access and use AgentRoom for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

3. AI Agent Usage

When deploying AI agents through our platform:

• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws
• You must not use agents for illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes
• You retain ownership of your data processed by the agents
• We are not liable for decisions made by AI agents

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Privacy

Your use of AgentRoom is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

6. Disclaimer

The materials on AgentRoom are provided on an 'as is' basis. AgentRoom makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall AgentRoom or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use AgentRoom, even if AgentRoom or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
